I have finally stopped smoking and feel I will never smoke again. Just one session with Sally, three days of really wanting to have a cigarette,which Sally said would happen and then just a very mild urge to smoke which passes quickly. I have smoked since the age of 13 and have tried in the past to quit the habit without success. I decided to try hypnotherapy with Sally after hearing about her success!! I went for one two hour session which was very relaxing! Six weeks later my 20 a day habit is still a thing of the past and I haven’t had one cigarette since! I got a CD to take away with me and used it at home nightly for the first few weeks which I found useful… why not give it a go…. it worked for me!!!

I have smoked since I was 12 and I am now 43 .It has been a big part of my life. In the latter years I have found myself realising that I was not enjoying them as much ,although some were still fantastic .With this realisation I began to say I am going to give up soon ….although I always found some excuse to delay it ! I cant believe that just 1 session with Sally changed me from a smoker to a non smoker, and the session was really relaxing as well !
I feel healthier, look healthier but I am also wealthier .I put £5 a day away which is still cheaper than smoking and save that for a lads week away !
